Microsoft has set the release dates for the second batch of Xbox and PC Game Pass games for September. Many of these games were announced last week at the Xbox Indie Showcase.
Xbox Game Pass has been working hard to give players some of the best games, and this time they have really come through. Deathloop is a game that was just added to the PlayStation Game Catalogue and is now also available through Xbox Game Pass. Players will also be able to try Slime Ranchers 2, Valheim, Hardspace, Grounded full release, and many more games.
There’s no doubt that Deathloop, the full version of Grounded, and the indie hit Valheim on PC are the most anticipated games in this batch.
Parents and people who still feel young at heart may also enjoy the new release. Paw Patrol Grand Prix is also a part of this latest update. Next week, the popular dogs’ version of Mario Kart will be available on Game Pass.
As was already planned, Arkane’s popular game Deathloop is now available on Xbox and in Game Pass for cloud, console, and PC. The game was one of the last ones made by Bethesda before Microsoft bought the company. It was only available on PlayStation for a year.
The couch co-op brawler SpiderHeck is coming out next week, along with Slime Rancher 2 and Beacon Pines, which I’m looking forward to. It looks like a creepy/cute experience that would be great for when the nights get longer.
Moonscars, a 2D Souls-like game, Let’s Build a Zoo, the full release of Grounded, and the PC version of the indie hit Valheim round out the month. Oh, and there’s also the Paw Patrol Grand Prix.

In Deathloop, players get stuck in a strange time loop from which they can only take by killing the assassins who live on the island. These assassins are what keep the timeloop going, and the main character, Colt, will have to beat all 8 of them at once to get out of it. The game’s shooting controls are great, and Colt has a number of supernatural abilities that make him a formidable opponent.
You will also have to do a lot of investigating in the game to catch every assassin and take out about your own past. The Goldenloop is a new piece of content that has been added to Deathloop. With the Goldenloop update, players will be able to take their skills online and play against other people. It will also give players a new weapon, ability, trinkets, new enemies, and a lot more. You can try out Deathloop right now on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Along with Deathloop for PC game pass, cloud gaming, and Xbox Series X/S, this is another game that will be part of the game pass. In Zero-G, the players will try to get technology and valuable materials so they can build their spaceships. There are different players to play the game, like the campaign, freeplay, or timed challenges. Now, you can get Hardspace: Shipbreaker through the game pass.
Slime Rancher 2
The game preview for this title will be available on Xbox Game Pass on September 22, 2022, for Cloud Gaming, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. In this second book, Beatrix LeBeau, the best slime rancher in the world, will have more adventures. Players will be able to look around Rainbow Island, which is full of new and interesting technology, resources, and slimes.
The full release of Grounded will be available on Xbox Game Pass for Cloud Gaming, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on September 27, 2022. Players will be able to go through the whole campaign with three other friends, which takes place in a backyard. The players’ goal would be to figure out why they shrunk and ended up in this backyard, as well as find a way to get back to their normal sizes.
Valhiem is a title that incorporates Norse Mythology along with brutal exploration and survival that can be done with 10 other players. The world is made by a set of rules, so players don’t know what kind of dangers they might face next. Players will have to bring out their crafting skills to create strong weapons, build houses for cover and kill some of the strongest foes to survive and prove yourself to the Allfather, Odin.
